Buck-Gramcko tendon retrievers are lighter in design than the Brand Retrievers, but still very rugged and with nearly the same effective reach as the longest Brand model. Double articulating design is more symmetrical and therefore better balanced. Produced in both straight and curved jaw versions this thin instrument can be easily passed through a narrow tunnel.

Effective dilatation of the entire length of even long tendon sheaths is possible by simply opening and closing the jaws. 1x2 "Rats teeth" followed by horizontal serrations characterize the 30 mm long jaws.
