Perform open or percutaneous pinning with these nifty reduction forceps. One arm is pointed to provide firm anchoring while the other arm sports a barrel-shaped wire guide. The interface surface of this barrel has been carefully serrated to improve stability of the clamp and its generous 11 mm length helps contain the rotating K-wire at the critical first moments of bone entry. When the forceps is in the fully closed position, the point of the opposite arm faces directly into the barrel's lumen, but when opened and grasping bone, the point on the opposing arm does not obstruct the tangential path of the guided K-wire.

At five inches (125 mm) in length and with a generous ratchet of fifteen teeth these clamps can open wide to wrestle and wrangle most wronged phalanxes into anatomically correct compliance. Choose from three-barrel sizes constructed to match K-wire diameters, these clamps may be purchased individually, or in a set of three.
