The Tyrannosaurus Lex, with its ‘kick-back’ arm, is alive and multiplying. Surgeons may now choose from the original pattern, with its sharp angled, tucked-in lower jaw, or the more recently evolved version with the more forward biting ‘choppers’ as featured here. The newest T-Lex retains the exotic handle design, introduced by Stille years ago, but now has lightly angled jaws in incremental bite sizes ranging from 2 mm to 5 mm.
