Tenolysis Knife, style B
item# 54-5112
Semi-sharp contoured and convex blades at each end of this instrument are shaped to approximate to the quadrants of the flexor tendon cross section. Convex leading edges capture and slice tendon adhesions. Shafts and blade edges are on the same plane but the convex surfaces leading to the arched blades edges face opposite direction facilitate easiest access to the medial and lateral quadrants of the adhered flexor tendons. Contra-angled bends have been added to the shafts to bring the cutting edges closer to the central axis of the main body of the instrument.

Instrument length: 195 mm
Blade width: 3 mm
Crooked blades, left and right
For medial and lateral approach
