Folks at Buxton give a lot of thought to the extraordinary needs of oversized patients. The latest additions to our Buxton-Kölbel Retractor System are intended for both the professional athlete and his couch-bound counterpart. Buxton has maintained the traditional offering of the Kölbel blades, but the depth has been extended to a hefty 85 mm. They fit all of Buxton's shoulder retractor frames designed for swivel, interchangeable blades, and the current Link® brand frames, as well. Offered in the original 36 mm width as well as our newer and narrower 20 mm wide blade options. This fourth, and latest size may be purchased individually or in our 24-6219 Lineman Upgrade Kit. The set of four blades includes matched pairs of 20 mm and 36 mm wide blades in the full 85 mm length.
